The staff was not very friendly at check-in. I booked a room and thought breakfast was included, but was told I had to pay extra. The mattress felt very old and worn. I could feel every spring through the sheets. I found no bin in the bathroom. This made disposal of sanitary products difficult! the stay was not great.

the staff showed initiative. they made eggs in a bap for me! this was because no staff were available to make breakfast during the week. the location worked well for me.
my room had no heating. there was also no hot water. only one light was in the room, half of it was in darkness.

a surprisingly good experience
lovely staffclean bedroomtidy bathroom
the staff are lovely and couldn't do enough. they were very helpful with taxis and any requests i had. my bedroom and bathroom were both clean and tidy. this provided all i needed to stop overnight.
